What is silk noil?

Silk noil is a raw silk, woven of relatively thick fibers, that bears a  resemblance to loosely woven linen. It drapes well, and is washable, although we recommend dry cleaning for longer fiber life.

Why do you need all those measurements?

Almost all our clothing is custom-made. This means that we make our garments one at a time, to fit the customer's measurements. This also means that you should carefully take the measurements you send us. This is not a time for hedging or wish-fullfilment.
